OWINGS MILLS, MD—A reward is being offered for information on a Monday night shooting that left a 21-year-old man dead in Baltimore County.
At approximately 11 p.m. on December 30, officers responded to the 300-block of Garrison Forest Road in Owings Mills (21117) after receiving reports of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male who had been shot multiple times. Raheim Ali Esna Ashari, 21, was later pronounced dead at the scene.
As detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, they are asking anyone with information to contact 410-887-4636 (INFO).

Information provided by phone or online through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
