Police identify Towson mass shooting victim

TOWSON, MD—In an afternoon press conference, Baltimore County Police Department officials identified the victim in Tuesday evening’s mass shooting in east Towson.

At around 7:15 p.m. on December 17, officers responded to the 8500-block of Loch Raven Boulevard.



At the scene, authorities found 10 shooting victims. One person was killed and nine people were injured.

The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Charles Graham Jr.  Nine others were injured, whose ages range from 14 to 27.  One person has been released from the hospital.

Authorities believe this was a targeted incident. Detectives believe that all of the known victims were traveling together in a vehicle that subsequently crashed at the scene of the shooting, then burst into flames.
