7 YEARS LATER: Police still searching for tips on Essex homicide [VIDEO]

ESSEX, MD—Seven years later, police are still seeking justice for a Baltimore County man who was shot and killed.

Lance Dixon, a 25-year-old resident of Essex, was fatally shot on December 8, 2017. The incident took place in the 900-block of Ashbridge Drive, where police responded to reports of gunfire. When officers arrived on scene, they located Dixon suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Dixon was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

Witnesses that night recalled hearing an argument outside just before the shooting. It’s been seven years since Dixon’s murder. Anyone with information that might help solve this case is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department.
