BALTIMORE, MD—Maryland’s six casinos combined to generate $158,122,302 in revenue from slot machines and table games during November 2024, an increase of $403,808 (0.3%) compared to November 2023.
Casino gaming contributions to the state during November 2024 totaled $68,879,589, an increase of $2,729,307 (4.2%) compared to November 2023. The November 2024 contributions included $49,682,786 to the Education Trust Fund, an increase of $1,955,224 (4.2%) compared to November 2023.
Casino gaming revenues also support the communities and jurisdictions where the casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing industry, and small, minority- and women-owned businesses.
Maryland’s six privately owned casinos offer both slot machines and table games: MGM National Harbor in Prince George’s County; Live! Casino & Hotel in Anne Arundel County; Horseshoe Casino Baltimore in Baltimore City; Ocean Downs Casino in Worcester County; Hollywood Casino Perryville in Cecil County; and Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Allegany County.
The gaming revenue totals for November 2024 were as follows:
- MGM National Harbor (2,293 slot machines, 211 table games)
$65,544,859 in November 2024, a decrease of $1,097,026 (-1.6%) from November 2023 - Live! Casino & Hotel (3,766 slot machines, 179 table games)
$60,306,518 in November 2024, an increase of $2,276,118 (3.9%) from November 2023 - Horseshoe Casino (1,340 slot machines, 115 table games)
$14,346,106 in November 2024, a decrease of $254,331 (-1.7%) from November 2023 - Hollywood Casino (722 slot machines, 23 table games)
$7,188,075 in November 2024, an increase of $370,037 (5.4%) from November 2023 - Ocean Downs Casino (869 slot machines, 19 table games)
$6,577,856 in November 2024, a decrease of $488,818 (-6.9%) from November 2023 - Rocky Gap Casino (628 slot machines, 16 table games)
$4,158,888 in November 2024, a decrease of $402,172 (-8.8%) from November 2023
