BALTIMORE, MD—A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Maryland man.

Police say Roosevelt Scott Sr., 88, is operating a black Nissan Altima with MD plate “3DJ0837.

The vehicle was last seen near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

He is wearing a black jacket, tan shirt, black pants, and white and gray shoes.
