Perry Hall/White Marsh soccer coach arrested for secretly recording minor victim in his home

NOTTINGHAM, MD—A local soccer coach has been arrested after police say he secretly recorded a minor in his home.

On Monday November 4, 2024, detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department arrested and charged 42-year-old Nicholas Fioravanti.



Detectives say Fioravanti placed recording devices inside two areas of his home including a bedroom and bathroom. Fioravanti, who was a volunteer soccer coach in the Perry Hall and White Marsh area, has been charged with privilege prurient intent and visual surveillance of a private area.

Authorities say the victim was underage at the time of these crimes.

Fioravanti is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
