BALTIMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch for northern Baltimore County and all of Harford County.
The watch will be in effect from late Sunday night through Monday morning.
Forecasters say sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees are possible.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Residents should take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.
