JOPPA, MD—Police in Harford County are searching for a missing runaway from the Joppa area.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining information regarding the location of Melody Fofana.

She was last seen on October 11, 2024 in Joppatowne.

Authorities say Melody is believed to be in the Windsor Mill area.
