The crash occurred at just before 3:15 a.m. on October 13 in the southbound lanes of I-95 near Keith Avenue (Exit 56).
When officers arrived at the site, they found a silver Honda Accord Crosstour and a white Mack tractor trailer that had been involved in an accident.
The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the Mack was not injured, according to authorities.
