WHITE MARSH, MD—The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company has placed a second medic unit into service.
On Tuesday, October 8, community leaders and WMVFC members dedicated the station’s new unit. The ambulance provides additional emergency services and was, in fact, responding to an incident at the time of the dedication.
“We have worked for years in a collaborative effort with our community to encourage the county to financially support a second medic unit at our station,” WMVFC said in a statement. “We thank everyone who has advocated on our behalf to support this initiative.”
White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company opened it new facility on Philadelphia Road in 2018.
