Baltimore County Police Department members members recognized at state level for outstanding work

TOWSON, MD—This week, three Baltimore County Police Department members were recognized by the the Maryland Police & Correctional Training Commissions for their outstanding work.

  • Officer R. Rayner (pictured above at left) was honored as the Baltimore County Academy Instructor of the Year.
  • Detective S. Duley (right) received the Baltimore County Non-Academy Instructor of the Year.
  • Sergeant S. Roesler (center) received the prestigious “Gregory Cole Award for Inspirational Instruction.” Open to officers across the state of Maryland, this award is essentially the same as being recognized as the Maryland Instructor of the Year.

“Their outstanding achievements are an asset to the department and the community that they serve,” BCoPD said in a statement.
