I-695 from I-70 to MD 43 (White Marsh Boulevard) Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) – Expect the following single lane closures along I-695 between Sunday night October 6 and Friday, October 4

MD 144 from Howard County Line/Oella Avenue to MD 166 (South Rolling Road) – Highway maintenance paving work on three segments of MD 144 through late-fall 2024.  Motorists can expect overnight lane closures with flagging operations along these sections of MD 144, 9 p.m.– 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. MD 144 from Howard County line/Oella Avenue to River Road (Patch, mill and resurface) ; MD 144 from River Road to North Rolling Road (Patch) MD 144 from North Rolling Road to MD 166  (Patch, mill, resurface). MD 140 (Reisterstown Rd.) I-695 to Owings Mills Blvd. (MD 940) – “Smart Signals” Corridor Traffic Signal System Improvements.
