MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment along the Back River this week, Councilman David Marks announced on Tuesday.

The application is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, October 2 and Thursday, October 3.

As is often the case, timing will be dependent on changing wind and weather conditions.
