Juvenile arrested after making threats against Fallston High School

FALLSTON, MD—The Harford County Sheriff’s Office says a juvenile has been arrested after making threats against a local school.

Over the past two days, authorities have investigated five threats made against area schools and have charged a juvenile with crimes related to making threats involving the school system.



Police say the School Resource Officer assigned to Fallston High School was made aware of a juvenile having made threats against the school and initiated an investigation.

As a result, the juvenile has been charged with making a threat of mass violence and illegal possession of ammunition. The investigation into this incident is continuing additional charges against other individuals are possible.

“We understand that school safety is a top concern for parents and the community,” the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. “Please rest assured that we will continue to investigate these incidents thoroughly and take swift action where a crime has occurred.”
