MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum at Martin State Airport will be hosting an Open Cockpit Day, a fun day of aviation when visitors are provided with up close experiences with airplanes, getting a glimpse inside aircraft on the museum’s outdoor flight-line.
The event will also feature a classic car show and will take place 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
Open Cockpit Day is a fun, aviation STEM day for children as they see the various sizes and designs of wings and propellers that assist in navigating the four forces of flight.
The pre-registration fee for the car show is $12 ($15 on the day of the show).
Admission to this special event is $8 for adults and $5 for children. Rain date is September 28th. For registration and additional information, visit www.mdairmuseum.org.
