TOWSON, MD—Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) will begin accepting applications for 2025-2026 magnet programs beginning Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the school system announced this week.
A magnet brochure describing program offerings is available online.
“Our magnet programs offer amazing opportunities for our students to more fully explore their areas of interest and to earn valuable certifications, college credits, and even work experiences,” said BCPS Superintendent Dr. Myriam Rogers. “We encourage students and families to explore both magnet and career and technical education programs offered throughout the county.”
BCPS offers over 100 magnet programs in 24 different schools across the county, with some programs being part of comprehensive schools while others are determined entirely through the magnet application process.
