The Original Pancake House coming to White Marsh Mall

WHITE MARSH, MD—The Original Pancake House will soon be coming to White Marsh Mall, Spinoso Real Estate Group announced on Wednesday.

The Original Pancake House was established in Portland, Oregon, in 1953 by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke. Leveraging their extensive culinary expertise and familiarity with a diverse array of traditional national and ethnic pancake recipes, they introduced a distinctive and unparalleled menu that has garnered widespread recognition.



As a family business now spanning second and third generations, The Original Pancake House upholds a legacy of excellence, ensuring the continued exceptional quality of our offerings.

With over a hundred franchises spanning coast to coast, these establishments have garnered recognition at both local and national levels. Their culinary excellence hinges on the use of premium ingredients, including 93-score butter, pure 36% whipping cream, fresh grade AA eggs, hard wheat unbleached flour, and a proprietary sourdough starter. Each restaurant meticulously prepares fresh batters and sauces in-house, underscoring their commitment to quality and freshness.

The Pancake House will occupy 6,278 square feet at White Marsh Mall.  An exact opening date has not yet been announced.
