Middle River double homicide suspect arrested

MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have arrested and charged a suspect in connection with a double homicide that occurred in Middle River last month.

At just after 9:45 a.m. on July 7, 2024, officers responded to the unit block of Taos Circle (21220) for a check location call. When officers arrived on the scene, they located two adult female victims who sustained apparent trauma to the upper body. Both 75-year-old Iona Sellers and 29-year-old Autumn Harvey were pronounced dead at the scene.



Police have arrested 36-year-old Bryan Cherry, who has been charged with first-degree murder.

He is currently held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
