BALTIMORE, MD—Another extremely hot and humid day lies ahead.
The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for the Baltimore area through 8 p.m. on Tuesday as heat index values could exceed 110 degrees.
Additionally, scattered thunderstorms will be possible on Tuesday afternoon and into the evening hours.
Some storms could be severe with damaging winds and large hail as the two main threats.
Residents should stay hydrated and remain weather-aware throughout the day.
