MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Attention, all animal lovers!

The Baltimore County Animal Services Adoption Express will be making “pit stops” in Essex and Middle River on Monday, June 24, 2024.

From 3:00 to 4:15 p.m., the Adoption Express will visit the Essex branch of the Baltimore County Public Library.  Then, from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. the Adoption Express will stop at Icy Delights in the Martin Plaza shopping center.

All adoption fees will be waived and the adoption process is the same as at the BCAS shelter (first come first served, animal-related offenses background check, ID needed).
