MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Middle River area officially has a new playground.
On Saturday morning, officials cut the ribbon at a new playground at the Bengies Community Center.
Baltimore County plans to build or replace 25 playgrounds each year.
On hand for the ribbon-cutting were Councilman David Marks, Delegate Ryan Nawrocki, Baltimore County Parks & Rec. director Bob Smith, and members of the Bengies-Chase Recreation Council.
Bengies Community Center is located at 11601 Eastern Avenue (21220).
