“Columbia, MD, is the best city for summer jobs, boasting one of the most internships per capita,” Happe added. “In addition, Columbia ranks at the top of the country when it comes to the number of jobs per capita that residents can get to within a 30-minute commute. Plus, Columbia has one of the highest median incomes for part-time workers, at close to $26,900 per year.”
