Tickets now on sale for Fields of Fire Country Concert benefitting WMVFC, details announced

WHITE MARSH, MD—White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company, a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization that is the busiest and highest-performing volunteer fire company in Baltimore County, on Tuesday announced September 14 as the date for its annual Fields of Fire Country Concert benefiting its fire and emergency medical service operations in Baltimore and Harford Counties. Tickets are now available for the general public to purchase at wmvfc.org/concert.

Presented by Merritt Properties and White Marsh Volunteer Fire-EMS, the 2024 Fields of Fire Country Concert will bring a night of music featuring headliner American Country Music (ACM)-nominated Nashville recording artist Dylan Scott to the grounds and in the “field” of White Marsh Volunteer Fire-EMS, located at 10331 Philadelphia Road. The local opener will be Olivia Reynolds, a country artist from North East, MD, with others to be announced.

“With great music, food and fun, Fields of Fire has become an annual tradition community members look forward to each year,” said Kevin C. Palmer Jr. MPA, NRP, president of White Marsh Volunteer Fire-EMS. “This event raises critical funds that allow us to serve the community safely and efficiently. We’re proud of how the event’s grown over the years and that we can provide the community with the chance to see country music stars while supporting a great cause.”

Fields of Fire began in 2018 with a smaller footprint at Richardson Farms and has grown in size, featuring both local bands and Nashville recording artists since 2021.

Situated in a more intimate setting than a typical summer concert, attendees can experience a major artist while supporting an important cause close to home in Baltimore County. Past artists include Mitchell Tenpenny, Dylan Schneider, Tenielle Arts, Parmalee, Ashley Cooke and Travis Denning.

Starting today, tickets can be purchased online at wmvfc.org/concert.  Options include pit, general admission, and seated.

Proceeds from Fields of Fire 2024 directly support the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the station, its equipment and supplies – allowing WMVFC to keep the station running smoothly and efficiently to serve the community.
