ESSEX, MD—Police are seeking tips on a 1983 cold case homicide that occurred in the Essex area.
On April 18, 1983, 24 -year-old Erin Bush was found deceased in her apartment in the 900-block of Ashbridge Drive in Essex. An autopsy determined that Erin had died from strangulation.
Family members became concerned after not hearing from Erin for several days. They went to her apartment, contacted police to do a welfare check, and her body was discovered inside. Erin was working at Johns Hopkins Hospital at the time of her murder.
Anyone with information on the murder of Erin Bush is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department.
