MDTA Police seeking witnesses to fatal Baltimore crash

BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland Transportation Authority Police Collison Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Monday afternoon in Baltimore City.

At just after 12:30 p.m. on April 29, MDTA Police responded to the ramp from southbound I-395 to southbound I-95.



Responding officers determined a black Kawasaki motorcycle had been involved in a single-vehicle crash. The driver of the motorcycle was ejected from the motorcycle and fell to the water below the ramp. The Baltimore City Fire Department recovered the victim who was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

This is an open and ongoing investigation. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the MDTA Police at 410-537-1209.
