Suspect charged with attempted murder after robbery, beating that left homeless Baltimore man in critical condition

BALTIMORE, MD—Police in northeast Baltimore have arrested a suspect and charged him with attempted murder in connection with a robbery and assault that left a homeless man critically injured.

In reference to a serious aggravated assault that occurred on April 17, 2024, investigators have arrested 34-year-old Deluntae Boyd.



Boyd was arrested for the brutal beating and robbery that left a 40-year-old homeless man in critical condition in the 5300-block of Moravia Road (21206).

On April 18, 2024, officers located Deluntae Boyd in the 4400-block of Bowleys Lane. Boyd has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, robbery, assault, and theft.
