Youths arrested following weekend disturbances in and around Towson Town Center

TOWSON, MD—Police say arrests have been made following several weekend disturbances in Towson.

Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department initially responded to a reported destruction of property at Towson Town Center at around 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 13th. The incident occurred inside the mall and a juvenile was arrested.



Throughout the night, officers maintained a high visibility in the area. As the mall’s closing time approached, officers responded to calls reporting juveniles fighting, congregating, and being disorderly. Two more juveniles were subsequently arrested.

At around 9:30 p.m., an individual was robbed in the area of York Road and Pennsylvania Avenue. No injuries were reported and an investigation is under way.  Police have not confirmed that the robbery was related to the previous disturbances.
