At the request of the family, officials are not disclosing the victim’s name at this time. The victim was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and was positively identified on April 15, 2024.

Butler, Jr., Superintendent of the Maryland Department of State Police, “Along with all of our allied law enforcement partners, we pledge to exhaust the physical and technical aspects of their training while deploying every available resource possible.”

“ Tonight, we sadly confirmed the loss of another member of our region and we extend our heartfelt grief for them and their loved ones,” said Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski. “As we mourn and extend our prayers, we remain focused on doing all we can to provide solace, support, and grace during this trying time.”
