MIDDLE RIVER, MD—The Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability plans to conduct the next round of helicopter application of midge treatment along the Back River next week, Councilman David Marks announced on Friday.

The application is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, April 9 and Wednesday, April 10.

As is often the case, timing will be dependent on changing wind and weather conditions.
