“Agriculture is an essential part of Baltimore County’s economy, and equipping our farms with the tools and resources they need to be successful and sustainable is one of our priorities,” Olszewski said in a statement.

Agriculture is a key component of Baltimore County’s economy, employing more than 5,000 people and delivering over $90 million annually in economic input. The new Agriculture Advisory Board will play a key role in ensuring that the agriculture industry has the support needed to continue thriving in the years to come.
