PERRY HALL, MD—Councilman David Marks on Friday announced that the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation is in the final stages of design and permitting for the new Richlyn Manor pumping station.
The project will be advertised in early July of 2024, with actual construction taking place from December of 2024 to July of 2027.
The Richlyn Manor force main is also in the final stage of design and permitting, with advertisement in mid-August 2024 and construction expected from January of 2025 through July of 2026.
“We are closely coordinating with Delegate Kathy Szeliga and Delegate Ryan Nawrocki and other stakeholders,” said Councilman Marks on Friday.
