Parkville, Essex, Baltimore men sentenced for $1.5M fraud scheme

BALTIMORE, MD—The Department of Justice has announced that a Baltimore man has been sentenced to 40 months in prison for his role in a series of fraud schemes that attempted to steal more than $1.5 million from his victims.  Men from Parkville and Essex were also sentenced as part of this case.

The Department of Justice has also announced that two other people have been sentenced for their roles in the scam. Sesateur Oulai, 37, of Parkville received 32 months in prison and Kelechi Ntibunka, 35, of Essex received 30 months in prison. They have also been ordered to pay $300,000 in restitution.

The fraud scheme ran from 2015 to 2018.
