Baltimore County construction worker claims $100,000 lottery prize

BALTIMORE, MD—A Catonsville man says he was all smiles when he scratched his way to a $100,000 top prize on a Maryland Lottery scratch-off.

The Baltimore County resident purchased his winning 50X The Cash instant ticket at National Pike Fuel located at 5931 Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville. He then took the $10 game home to scratch it off.

Excitement filled the air when the construction worker matched one of the winning numbers and revealed his $100,000 prize. The lucky winner said he might purchase a car with his newfound fortune but isn’t certain yet.

“It’s too early to tell,” he said.
