ESSEX, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen.

Nicholas Kelbaugh, 14, is 5’09” tall and weighs 130 pounds.

He was last seen at 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, in the Essex area wearing a black face mask, a black Champion sweatshirt, and black jeans. May need medication.
