———ESSEX, MD—Police are on the scene of a stabbing at a high school in Essex.
At just after 12 p.m., officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to Kenwood High School, located at 501 Stemmers Run Road (21221), in reference to a reported disturbance.
At the scene, authorities found one juvenile suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The male victim has been transported to an area hospital. There has been no word on his condition.
A student has been detained in connection with this incident. A temporary lockdown has now been lifted, according to police.
