15-year-old Rosedale Center student arrested, charged following commercial burglary

ROSEDALE, MD—A 15-year-old Baltimore County Public Schools student was arrested following a burglary in Rosedale on Wednesday morning.

At just before 6:45 a.m. on January 24, 2024, officers responded  to the 6300-block of Kenwood Avenue (21237) for a report of a commercial burglary.

The Baltimore County Police Department tells NottinghamMD.com that reviewed the business’ video surveillance to obtain a description of the suspect.



After broadcasting a description of the suspect to other officers, the suspect was identified as a 15-year-old student at Rosedale Center.

With the assistance of the School Resource Officer and staff, the student was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
