COCKEYSVILLE, MD—Police are working to resolve a barricade situation in Baltimore County.
At around 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, officers were called to the Paper Mill entrance to the NCR Trail in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
At the scene, authorities located the vehicle with a sign in the window that stated, “Please don’t look inside, call police.”
Officers established a perimeter and requested members from the crisis negotiation team and tactical unit.
Police say this is a contained barricade situation with a suspected armed subject. The occupant is alone in the vehicle.
No further information is available at this time. Motorists should avoid the area.
