Family Game Night leads to $88,000 scratch-off win for Parkville woman

PARKVILLE, MD—A Baltimore County woman won twice during a fun-filled family game night where Maryland Lottery scratch-off tickets were given as prizes. When the 29-year-old Parkville resident emerged victorious, she received an Electric 8s scratch-off as a prize that delivered an electrifying $88,000 win.

After scanning the instant ticket’s prize check area using the Maryland Lottery app, the lucky lady thought there must be an error. The message congratulated her on having a winning instant ticket. That’s when she began to scratch off the game. Making it even more exciting is the fact that it wasn’t until she got to the very last square at the bottom of the play area that she revealed her prize.

The happy winner and other family members began screaming and shouting with excitement when she revealed the matching number and prize. The lucky lady is considering using her windfall for a vacation but doesn’t have any solid plans yet.

Her lucky ticket was purchased at the Royal Farms store located at 4401 North Point Boulevard in Sparrows Point.
