NOTTINGHAM, MD—Families are invited to ring in the new year at the Baltimore County Public Library on Saturday.

The BCPL branches in Perry Hall, Parkville-Carney, Rosedale, and Essex will celebrate “Noon Year’s Eve” for children from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. December 29, 2023.

There will be New Year’s Eve-themed activities and crafts. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
