NOW YOU KNOW: Holiday greetings from the Delegates

The following is an op-ed piece from Delegates Kathy Szeliga and Ryan Nawrocki.

In honor of the upcoming Christmas holiday, the delegates wanted to take some time to highlight their favorite holiday traditions as well as the many local community events they have attended.

Delegate Kathy Szeliga enjoyed attending the St. Paul Lutheran Christmas Concert and watching her granddaughters perform. St. Paul’s is a small school in Kingsville that serves many wonderful families and is a treasure for school choice in Baltimore County. She will be baking Christmas cookies with her granddaughters in a few days, which has always been a favorite holiday tradition!

Delegate Ryan Nawrocki enjoyed visiting Hershey Park’s Christmas Candylane with his wife and five children. The weather was unseasonably warm, which made for a perfect day to tackle the outdoor rides. There’s nothing sweeter than Hershey! On Christmas Eve, he will be enjoying a traditional Polish meal of seven courses with his extended family. This is a delicious holiday favorite!

Enjoy the photos above from the ten events that they attended across District 7A to celebrate the Christmas season with local citizens, community leaders, and elected officials.

They hope to see you next year and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!
