NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Wednesday announced that Necker Avenue in Perry Hall has been approved for three speed bumps.
The approval is the result of an analysis by the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and a citizen petition.
The project will be built beginning on Wednesday, December 13th. The cost is $15,000.
“I would like to thank the Department of Public Works and Transportation for their support of this project, and resident Christian P. for his work in securing signatures,” said Councilman Marks.
