TOWSON, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking tips on a 1991 cold case.
On Saturday, November 30, 1991, Angela Wanita Bowens was seen by a friend standing on Edmondson Avenue near Poplar Grove Street (21223) at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Later that night, two motorists who were driving past the Diamond Ridge Family Park, located in the 7500-block of Dogwood Road (21244), observed the body of a black female lying in the parking lot.
Police were called to the scene, where they found Bowens suffering from a gunshot wound. She lived in the 2700-block of Lauretta Avenue (21223). It’s been thirty-two years since Angela’s murder.
Anyone with information that may help detectives solve this case is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police Department Homicide and Missing Persons Unit at 410-887-3943.

Information provided by phone or online through Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
