WHITE MARSH, MD—Kenwood Management Company recently completed a 10-year, 10,500-square-foot lease with Manns Woodward, a nationally recognized and award-winning architectural firm specializing in the design of public safety and community-driven facilities and campuses.
Kenwood will perform a $550,000 renovation to the single-story White Marsh office building for Manns Woodward, with occupancy anticipated in January 2024.
With the completion of this lease, 8098 Sandpiper Circle is now 100% leased. When Kenwood acquired this 47,000 sf property, it was entirely vacant. It now boasts a robust group of businesses, including Restorative Therapies, Little Leaves Learning Center, Raven Title, Hi-Tech Business Systems, Cummings & Co. Realtors, and Open House Lending.
“The White Marsh office market is very healthy and active,” said Laura Murrer, Senior Asset Manager for Kenwood. “Its location at the intersection of I-695 and I-95, along with its extensive amenities and housing inventory, make it an ideal location for many businesses.”
Bill Singer, a Principal at Kenwood, added, ”Kenwood’s 166,000 sf portfolio in White Marsh is now 95% leased. We have experienced exceptional returns for our investors in this market and hope to add more to our portfolio.”
Kenwood Management Company, headquartered in Bethesda, has a portfolio of over 1.4M sf, including office, flex, medical, and warehouse spaces.
