Councilman Marks nominates Bill Paulshock to Board of Appeals

NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Wednesday announced that he is nominating local business owner Bill Paulshock to the Baltimore County Board of Appeals.

Paulshock has been owner of Bill’s Seafood and Catering Company since 1979. Since then, he has trained and managed more than 1,500 employees from northeastern Baltimore County. He has been closely involved in community and recreational activities over five decades, including the construction of Angel Park, and has consulted state and federal lawmakers on aquaculture and seafood issues. He will be inducted into the Perry Hall High School Hall of Fame later this month.

“I am delighted to recommend Mr. Paulshock for this position, which handles zoning, development, and personnel appeals cases,” Marks said. “Bill not only has a strong business background, but he has interacted with thousands of people over the years, giving him good common sense and real community experience. That is the type of person I want on the Board of Appeals.”

Paulshock will sit in the same position as Marks’ father, the late Charles Marks, who was appointed by former Councilman Vince Gardina.

“I would like to thank Councilman Marks for this appointment,” said Paulshock. “It will be an honor to continue serving in a different role.”
