NOTTINGHAM, MD—Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Monday announced his reappointment of Perry Hall resident Beverly German to the Baltimore County Planning Board.
“Bev has been an outstanding member of this panel since her appointment in 2021. She is a lifelong Baltimore County resident, moving to Perry Hall in 1977, said Councilman Marks. “She has spent 50 years in education, serving as principal of Victory Villa and Perry Hall Elementary Schools and Pine Grove Middle School. She has served as Executive Director of Off-Campus Programs at Towson University, and is a board member of the Perry Hall Improvement Association.”
The Baltimore County Planning Board helps set policy for zoning and development, and is a key stakeholder as the county understates the 2024 Comprehensive Zoning Map Process.
“My appointees to the Planning Board have crossed party lines and come from a community background. Given recent decisions by the Planning Board, it is key to have a representative who will consider the needs of both residents and the business community,” Marks concluded.
