BALTIMORE, MD—The Baltimore County Police Department is advising residents to prepare for traffic disruptions and delays on Friday, November 3 during the morning and afternoon as the funeral procession for fallen Baltimore City Fire Captain Dillon J. Rinaldo travels through the area.
The funeral procession is scheduled to begin at 8:45 a.m. with a motorcade from the funeral home to Cathedral of Mary our Queen, located at 5200 N. Charles St. in Baltimore (21210), where a service is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
Following the funeral, the motorcade will travel to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Timonium.
Police are asking residents and motorists to plan travel accordingly and consider alternative routes.
Rinaldo, 26, and fellow firefighter Rodney Pitts III, 31, died from injuries they each sustained in an October 19 house fire in the 5200-block of Linden Heights Avenue in northwest Baltimore.
