Multiple students injured in White Marsh school bus crash

UPDATE: The following communication was sent by Vincent Farm Elementary School to families:

Dear Parents and Guardians of Bus #401,

This morning, your child’s bus was involved in an accident. We followed our protocol for bus accidents and all students were evaluated by EMS. Several students were injured and are being transported to a local hospital. The remaining students are safe on the bus and will be brought to school when police give the all clear. Staff from the Office of Transportation are investigating this incident.



I want you to be assured that the safety of our students is our top priority. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.

WHITE MARSH, MD—Crews are on the scene of a Wednesday morning crash involving a school bus in White Marsh.

The crash was reported at just before 9:30 a.m. in the area of Pulaski Highway at Ebenezer Road.

Multiple students sustained minor injuries, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.  Additional medic units are being requested.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
