Baltimore Blast, Maryland School for the Blind unite for an inclusive game of blind soccer [PHOTOS]

BALTIMORE, MD—The Maryland School for the Blind this week joined forces with the Baltimore Blast, the renowned indoor soccer team, for an extraordinary game of blind soccer.

The event took place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 12 at the Maryland School for the Blind’s athletic sports complex, located at 3501 Taylor Avenue (21236).

The event was not only a thrilling sporting occasion but also a platform to raise awareness about the capabilities of athletes who are blind and low vision and the importance of inclusivity in sports.

The Baltimore Blast and the Maryland School for the Blind hope to inspire others and encourage a more inclusive and diverse sporting community.
