BALTIMORE, MD—The Orioles have announced that the club will host a public memorial for team legend and National Baseball Hall of Famer, Brooks Robinson.
The event will take place this Monday, October 2, 2023, at Oriole Park at Camden Yards beginning at 10:00 a.m. The memorial will recognize his impact on the Orioles organization, the City of Baltimore, and the sport of baseball.
Complimentary parking will be available in Lots A/B/C and fans can enter the ballpark via Gate E. The lots will open at 8:30 a.m., and entry to the ballpark will begin at 9:00 a.m. This is not a ticketed event.
The legendary Orioles third baseman passed away on Tuesday at 86 years of age. Robinson spent his entire 23-year playing career with the club and later served as a coach, broadcaster, Special Advisor, and Community Liaison for the team.
