PERRY HALL, MD—Police in Baltimore County are searching for a missing teen.

Chela Mischell Whiting, 15, is 5’03” tall and weighs 120 pounds.

She was last seen at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20 in the Perry Hall area. She has red hair and wears a hoodie, black pants, sneakers, and a backpack.
